R61
The R61 is the second and last model in the R6x series. It was manufactured from May 2007 to 2009. In addition to 64-bit-capable CPUs and a newer keyboard with Windows key, the SATA interface, which retires the IDE, is one of the innovations compared to the R5x series.
The design largely corresponds to that of the T6x series - the housing and the display edges are slightly thicker and the typical rubberisation is missing.
My model is a customisation, which can be recognised by the CTO type. It has the second largest CPU, the RAM could still be expanded to 8 GB.
