The ThinkPad Port Replicator II is, like the Port Replicator I, a simple port replicator and only leads supported connections of the connected notebook to the outside. This makes it less complex than a fully-fledged docking station - but also cheaper and perfectly adequate for many applications.

The Replicator is similar to the previous model, but now also supports the R4x, R5x and T4x series.
