The X20 is the first model in the X2x series and the first X model in general. It was manufactured between September 2000 and July 2001 and is similar to the predecessor models 240 and 570E.

My device has the more powerful CPU as well as the maximum configurable RAM of 320 MB - 64 MB of which is permanently soldered on.
