R60
Das R60 ist das erste Modell der R6x-Serie und gleichzeitig auch das erste von Lenovo produzierte R-Modell. Es wurde von Mai 2006 bis September 2007 gefertigt. Zu den Erneuerungen gegenüber der R5x-Serie zählen einer neueren Tastatur mit Windows-Taste auch die SATA-Schnittstelle, die IDE in Rente schickt.
Das Design entspricht weitestgehend dem der T6x-Serie - das Gehäuse und die Displayränder sind jedoch etwas dicker und die typische Gummierung fehlt.
Mein Modell verfügt noch über eine kleinere CPU-Konfiguration, die auch rein 32-bit ist. Das Geräte konnte auch mit Core 2 Duo-CPUs bestellt werden, der bereits 64-bit unterstützen. Das Display verfügt über die mittlere Auflösung.
